This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is designed with relaxation in mind. With 2 king suites, 1 queen bedroom, and a bunk room featuring two sets of bunk beds, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out comfortably. Both master suites, along with the open living area, offer breathtaking views of the beach—so you’re never far from the beauty of the Gulf.
The heart of the home is the large, fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the open living room, creating the perfect space for gathering. Tile flooring runs throughout, keeping the home cool and beach-friendly. Step outside from the living room onto the expansive covered porch, where you’ll find plenty of seating to relax, unwind, and watch the kids play on the beach or in the pool below.
The private pool is truly a highlight, featuring a unique waterfall and a whimsical mermaid and fish mural that adds a fun, coastal touch. A shaded pergola provides a cool retreat from the Florida sun. For added comfort, the pool is heated to 84°F during March, April, May, September, and October (not heated November–February). Please note: the waterfall feature and pool heater may not operate at the same time.
Additional amenities include Smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, along with high-speed internet—perfect for streaming your favorite shows (guests will need to use their own streaming accounts, as cable is not provided).
Located in a golf cart-friendly community, you can easily explore the island at your own pace—bring your own cart or rent one from nearby shops.
