Designed with comfort and connection in mind, the home features an open-concept living area and a large, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering with family and friends. Tile flooring runs throughout, creating a clean, coastal feel. The spacious living room and both master suites boast breathtaking beach views, allowing you to wake up and wind down to the sights and sounds of the Gulf.

Step outside to one of the home’s best features—a large covered back porch with plenty of seating, ideal for relaxing in the shade while watching the kids play on the beach or in the private pool below.

The private pool area is a true highlight, featuring a beautiful waterfall feature and a unique mural inside the pool. A pergola provides additional shaded space for lounging poolside. For added comfort, the pool is heated to 84°F during March, April, May, September, and October. (Please note: the pool is not heated November–February, and the waterfall and heater cannot operate at the same time.)
