Summer Wind – Relaxing Coastal Retreat with Private Pool & Gulf Views
Welcome to Summer Wind, your perfect island getaway on beautiful St. George Island, Florida. This charming 3-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation.
Ideally located with beach access directly across the street, a convenient boardwalk leads you straight to the sugar-white sands and sparkling Gulf waters. Enjoy unobstructed, exceptional beach views from the home, creating the perfect backdrop for your stay.
Inside, you’ll find a spacious open floor plan with a large living area and fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering with family and friends. Tile flooring runs throughout the home, adding a clean, coastal feel. Smart TVs and internet are available in both the living room and all bedrooms (please note: cable TV is not provided, so guests will need their own streaming accounts).
The master suite features a king bed, a large closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with its own en-suite bathroom, while the third bedroom also has a queen bed with access to a full bathroom located in the hallway.
Step outside and unwind in your private pool area, complete with a beautiful waterfall feature and a shaded pergola—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The pool is heated to 84 degrees during March, April, May, September, and October. Please note the pool is not heated November through February, and the waterfall feature is not operational while the pool is being heated.
Additional features include plenty of parking space and a peaceful setting that makes it easy to truly relax and enjoy island life.

We had a great stay at Summerwind! This home was across the street from the easy beach access! SGI never disappoints and we love coming to the island. We couldn’t figure out the TV but who cares about watching TV at the beach?! We ate out and didn’t do much cooking. Communication with host was simple and I would stay here again!

Piece of Paradise
My family and I had a wonderful time at Summer Wind. The location, the pool, and size of the house was perfect for our family of 5. We spent most of our time outdoors, but when we were inside we loved cooking, playing games, and watching movies. We love the size of the front porch and loved being able to sit on the massive rockers even on the rainy moments of the day. My older kiddos (6&5) loved the bunk beds. Thank you for the wonderful memories.
